Overtime pay formula
Hourly wage = 1/173 × monthly wage
| Day | Multiplier |
|---|---|
| Working day | 1st hour: 1.5×; following hours: 2× |
| Rest day (5-day week) | Hours 1–8: 2×; hour 9: 3×; hours 10–12: 4× |
| Rest day (6-day week) | Hours 1–7: 2×; hour 8: 3×; hours 9–11: 4× |
If pay includes non-fixed allowances, the basis is 75% of total pay whenever base salary + fixed allowances is lower than that.
